4A Molecular Sieve is a crystalline aluminosilicate with an effective pore opening of 4 Ångströms. It adsorbs water and any molecule smaller than 4Å — including methanol, ethanol, CO₂, SO₂, H₂S, ethylene, and propylene — making it the most versatile general-purpose desiccant for air drying, natural gas dehydration, refrigerant drying, and pharmaceutical packaging.
- Pore size 4Å — adsorbs H₂O, CO₂, SO₂, H₂S, methanol, ethanol, ethylene & propylene
- Three bead sizes: 0.5–1.0 mm, 1.6–2.5 mm, and 3.0–5.0 mm — custom sizes available
- High crush strength — standard ≥100 N; high-strength grade ≥200 N available for 3–5 mm
- Regenerable at 200–300°C via hot purge gas or vacuum
- Available in 25 kg iron drum, carton box, or bulk bag

Applications
Air & Refrigerant Drying
Removes moisture from compressed air, instrument air, and refrigerant circuits in HVAC and industrial systems, preventing freeze-up and corrosion.
Natural Gas & LPG Dehydration
Deep drying of natural gas, associated petroleum gas, and alkane streams for pipeline transport and liquefaction — prevents hydrate formation at high pressure.
Argon Purification
Selectively adsorbs nitrogen, CO₂, and moisture from crude argon streams, improving purity for welding, electronics, and specialty gas production.
Automotive Brake Systems
Desiccant canisters in air brake systems remove moisture that could cause brake fade or freeze. Used in trucks, buses, and heavy commercial vehicles.
Pharmaceutical Packaging
Static desiccant for drug packaging, tablet bottles, and strip packs. Also used as silver-loaded zeolite antibacterial agent in medical applications.
Electronics & Food Industry
Moisture control in sealed electronic component packaging and food preservation. Prevents oxidation and extends shelf life in humidity-sensitive products.
